Thank you, Kim, for your posts. I will be getting a SCT very soon depending on the next bone marrow biopsy. I was dreading the procedure, but I have to say that after reading about your experience, I am not so frightened any more and now I am adopting a "can do" attitude. I know it is the gold standard for myeloma remission so, instead of fearing it, I will see it as a "rebirth."

God Bless you and may you be in remission for many, many years. Keep enjoying your life and staying active.

I hope everyone going through this process is doing well.

I'm checking in to let you know that I celebrated Day 60 with a 60 mile bike ride. It was supposed to be 100k, (62 miles) but it was a little short, 60.95. I didn't care!
