Re: Pat Killingsworth
I'm devastated and angry. I hurt for Pat and Pattie. Pat had asked if he was able to dare to dream again and now this. Stop already, myeloma!!!!
Re: Pat Killingsworth
It takes a lot to bring me to tears. This is one of those situations and I am wiping my tears away as I write this. Pat was so special, caring and helpful to all of us on this journey. We have lost a true, selfless hero. Godspeed Pat.

What terrible news.
He was so brave, selfless, and filled with humanity.
May his soul find peace in a world better than this one. May his memory live forever in the hearts of his family and many friends.

Re: Pat Killingsworth
I never actually met Pat in person, but I certainly feel that I know him from his writings. I barely know what to write now, except to say that the news of his death brings me heartache. I am sure that my heartache is nothing compared with his family's, and I wish them peace of mind and peace of heart.

Pat's passing is a huge blow. He was such a unique and wonderful person who gave so selflessly to the myeloma community. My deepest condolences to Pattie and the rest of his family. Thank you for sharing him with us.
Re: Pat Killingsworth
I echo Ellen's message to Pattie and the rest of Pat's family: "Thank you for sharing him with us." There are no words to adequately express how much he will be missed by so many people. My deepest condolences go out to Pattie and family.

Re: Pat Killingsworth
It is hard to believe that it has been a year since Pat passed away. I want to mention the one year anniversary of his passing since he helped so many myeloma patients. Any newly diagnosed patients should read Pat's columns as I think you will find them very helpful.
