My condolences on the passing of your husband, rumnting. Thomas clearly was fortunate to have such a caring and loving wife. I hope the memories of the times you had together stay with you, and that they give you strength and joy even as you miss him.

I was really torn when I saw Tom's obituary and your post's. He was a good friend in medical school and I really regret not staying in touch. He was an incredibly brilliant and hilarious man, as I am sure you know.

Tom was the most intellectually gifted person in our medical school class. He was a tremendous and kind person with many friends. He was also one of my best friends, and I will miss him greatly.
