Mike,

A couple of follow-up questions on your response to Nancy.

Did you have a transplant?
If so, what was your m-spike before and after?
Did your m-spike go up at all following transplant and during maintenance?

If you did not have a transplant, what was your course of treatment prior to maintenance?
And finally, what was your dosage of Revlimid for maintenance?

Thanks and very happy for your news.

Hi goldmine848,

First I had 3 cycles of RVD induction therapy. At the end of that, my m-spike was 0.3. Then I had an ASCT. At +90 days, my m-spike was 0.4. I was pretty discouraged that it didn't go down with the ASCT.

Then I had 2 more cycles of RVD (consolidation therapy). At the end of that, I think my m-spike was 0.2 or 0.1.

Following that, last September, I started the Revlimid maintenance, 10 mg per day for 3 months and then 15 mg since then.

Hope that's a help. Good luck to you!

Mike
