Good explanations. But of course, statistics mean nothing if you are in the group. I mean, I was told MGUS progressed to smoldering multiple myeloma only 1% of the time. So the fact that 99% of people DONT progress means nothing, because I was in in the 1%. I just got the smoldering multiple myeloma diagnosis last year at age 57. Live day by day.
