In my results it is listed as "monoclonal estimation."

It can also be called paraprotein, monoclonal paraprotein, M-Protein or monoclonal protein in the serum protein electrophoresis (SPEP) summary. In my SPEPs, it always shows up as a separate notation in an area separate from the other data (albumin-SPE, beta globulin, etc).

Every lab seems to present it a bit differently.
