I agree with most everyone else - sore for a day or so, but it's not too bad. Take a couple ibuprofen if needed to get some relief. I played hockey the a day after two of my BMBs with no problem.

Again, Peggy, remember the site isn't on your bottom but up above on your hip. That's the area you will have be concerned with because it will be sore.
