This year’s meeting of the American Society of He­ma­tol­ogy (ASH) was held De­cem­ber 8 through 11 in Atlanta.

During the meeting, The Beacon pub­lished daily up­dates that provided overviews of the im­por­tant mul­ti­ple myeloma findings pre­sented during the meeting.  After the meeting concluded, The Beacon began pub­lishing in-depth articles about the key re­search findings.

ASH 2012 Multiple Myeloma Update – Day Two: Poster Sessions

Yesterday was the second day of the 2012 American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting.  Although the myeloma-related sessions got a bit of a late start, the day featured a wide range of interesting presentations about multiple myeloma.

Many myeloma-related oral presentations were given in the afternoon and were summarized in updates published yesterday and earlier today.

ASH 2012 Multiple Myeloma Update – Day One: Poster Sessions

Yesterday was the first day of research presentations at this year’s American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting, which is being held in Atlanta.

Research findings related to multiple myeloma was presented in three different sessions during the day.

Two of the sessions were actually the same general educational session about multiple myeloma, repeated at two different times during the day. The Beacon will cover the presentations given during those sessions in a separate daily update.
