Re: What happens to our acquired immunity after SCT?

by lys2012 on Thu Oct 08, 2015 10:58 pm

I had my titres tested. I kept all my immunity to childhood vaccines, but one, rubella. Normally not a problem but I had to be extra cautious when I was pregnant. I even kept things that are not vaccines and acquired immunity, i.e. parvo.

I'm going to take a long shot here but maybe because I was 32 at my transplant my immunities were still quite strong compared to older folks?
