WBC up after Revlimid-dexamethasone first cycle

Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing well.

I just finished my first cycle of Revlimid 15 mg 21 days and dexamethasone 20 mg per week. My platelets have dropped a bit but my white blood cells are climbing, including my polys.

Is that normal?
