The spots gradually faded after about 15 minutes. He saw the spots with both eyes. No headache. No other symptoms. No recurrence (it has been 48 hours+). He has been taking Revlimid and dexamethasone in 28 day cycles since treatment began. He also takes Eliquis (apixaban) blood thinner for atrial fibrillation. I suspect that it is caused by his drugs. Here is an overview of his week leading up to the dots...

- Monday before: No Revlimid or dex; no Eliquis.
- Tuesday before: Hernia surgery. General anesthesia. Outpatient. No complications. No Revlimid or dex. No Eliquis.
- Wednesday before: No Revlimid or dex. No Eliquis.
- Thursday before: No Revlimid or dex. Yes Eliquis..
- Friday before: No Revlimid or dex. Yes Eliquis.
- Saturday before: No Revlimid or dex. Yes Eliquis.
- Sunday of episode: Yes Revlimid and dex. Yes Eliquis.
