Can anyone make some sense of this for me? This was made with CLL as the target.
I originally started seeing my hematologist/oncologist for CLL and it was during a biannual visit that my multiple myeloma was detected.
Analysis: CD45, side scatter and CD45, CD71 screening plots identify 7.2% lymphocytes, 5.1% monocytes, 61.2% granulocytes, 2.7% blasts and 19.1% erythroid precursors. 4.2% of cells coexpress CD13 and CD34. Gated brightly CD45 positive lymphocytes are 66.2% CD3 positive T cells, 19.8% CD19 positive B cells, and 14.0% CD3 and CD19 negative cells consistent with natural killer cells. Gated B cells are positive for CD5, CD23, and lambda light chain and negative for FMC-7 and kappa light chain.

More consistent with CLL than myeloma.

Re: Trouble interpreting bone marrow biopsy results
The BMB was ordered to see where my multiple myeloma is at this point. My Lambda light chains are rising and I had a clavicle break at a lesion. I'm assuming who ever ordered it looked at my records briefly and thought he was back to my CLL. Does this information give him enough to know what involvement I have now?
I won't see him for a couple of weeks and frankly I'm a little anxious. Thanks.
