Treatment after relapse?

My husband is 10 years post autologous transplant but has now relapsed.

Is there recommended treatment?

My husband also lasted 10 years before having to start medication again. He is trying out the sq Velcade. No side effects so far but numbers only dropping very slowly so don't know how effective it is.
