When did you get an MGUS diagnosis? Last I saw in the thread about your case, there was nothing about an MGUS diagnosis.

They told me in December I have IgG kappa MGUS. M-spike too small to quantify, kappa free light chain level 2.6, lambda 0.88, so kappa-lambda ratio about 3. I'm doing bloodwork every 4 months. Bone scan came back clear but I haven't had a bone marrow biopsy and hope I don't need to anytime soon!
