The steriod - Solu-Medrol

Has anyone been prescribed the steroid, Solu-Medrol ? If so how bad were the side effects and how did you manage them?

I have only been on it for two days and I feel great for a change. I hope to be able to manage the side effects, especially the weight gain. Now that I have more energy, maybe I can get into an exercise program as well. I like feeling good again.
