I wish to thank Dr. Hofmeister for his replies to questions so far this week. He is very informative as well as being very human on line. He's the kind of oncologist that I like. He has a sense of humor about his remarks as he is giving us some very well thought out replies.
Thank you again Dr. Hofmeister and the Beacon for having these visiting oncologists take our questions.

I have been reading this forum with great interest this past week. I have no official connection to The Myeloma Beacon, other than writing a guest column here once each week. As a patient, I would like to personally thank Dr. Hofmeister for his helpful, balanced, honest and insightful comments on this forum--and not just because he agreed with me on a topic I asked about last week! Keep up the good work, Doctor! It is always nice to get an outside opinion from time to time when you are worried about your cancer. Pat
