Ninlaro. It's similar to Velcade.

Re: Slow period for new multiple myeloma drugs?
Gosh, I feel like we've been blessed with so many new treatments in the past couple of years, including all of the new monoclonal antibody drugs and an oral proteasome inhibitor (Ninlaro). Having said that, there's also a bunch of new drugs in the pipeline. Below are some of the more prominent ones that I've picked up on (there's probably more). What I think is exciting about many of these new drugs is that they utilize altogether new approaches to managing myeloma.
Anti-BCMA CAR-T cell therapies (e.g. GSK2857916)
Vorinostat (another HDAC inhibitor)
Plitidepsin (eEF1A2 blocker)
Marizomib (another proteasome inhibitor)
Venetoclax (Bcl-2 inhibitor)
Selinexor (SINE XPO1 antagonist)
