Hello,
I just got my bone marrow aspirate back, and it shows an M:E (Myloid / Erythrod) ratio of 9:1.
Does anyone know the significance of this in multiple myeloma if any?

Thank you, I did see that post and I did look at the one link that said it was "advanced myeloma" which doesn't make sense since my M-spike hasn't changed in 2 years and I have no lesions. That being said, the aspirate was hypocellular, not enough cells, and this happens with space occupying lesions. I'll know more when the biopsy comes back in a few days I suppose.
