Drop in platelets during 5th cycle of RVD

Question for the group:

I have done 5 cycles of Revlimid, Velcade, and dexamethasone. My platelet count never really changed until my last round. Dropped from 252k down to 151k.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Just thought it was weird that I had no drop during the first 4 rounds, then it showed up.
