Ruben, age 36, diagnosed with light chain MGUS

Dear all,

My name is Ruben. I'm from the Netherlands, and I am 36 years old.

I was diagnosed with light chain MGUS (lambda) with an kappa-lambda free light chain ratio of 0.03, with kappa in range. It was discovered while working me up for polyneuropathy. Fortunately, the SAP-scan for amyloid deposits turned out to be negative. So AL amyloidosis is excluded for the moment.
