Risk of Progression

by KWV on Fri Sep 20, 2013 11:21 am

I have questions, my latest results are
Polytypic Plasmacytosis
aspirate 8% Plasma cells
Core 5-10% plasma cells
Atypical plasmacytosis
Aberrant immunophenotype comprising 0.39%
Total plasma cell compartment 0.56%
Normal plasma cells 0.17%
Total events analyzed 3,122,708
Aberrant cells are positive for CD45(heterogneous), CD38,CD138,CD 56(bi-modal)
CD20(heterogeneous) CD27 and CD81 NEGATIVE FOR CD19
Significant Hematologic Abnormalities: Erythroid precursors manifest mild megaloblastoid changes.
kappa/lamda ratio 2:1
IGG 1700

Trying to find out my risk of progression?
Any help appreciated!

The core of 5-10% plasma cells with an IgG of 1700 would put you in a relative standard risk of progression to multiple myeloma. About 1% per year.
