Revlimid maintenance and peripheral neuropathy

I've been on 10mg Revlimid maintenance approximately 6 months. About a month ago I noticed some numbness in my feet and now getting slight pins. I had peripheral neuropathy after treatment last year for about 4 months then it went away. Anyone have peripheral neuropathy [PN] develop while only on Revlimid?
