Re: Revlimid availability
What countries are you interested in ?
It really depends on which country and for which condition.

Re: Revlimid availability
It would be for myeloma maintenance. I'm not really sure which country... I would love to live outside the U.S. for a year or two... just to experience something different. My boyfriend can do his job almost anyway and really the only thing holding us back is this. We'd like somewhere that has great scuba diving but I'd like to see a list to see what possibilities are even out there.
thanks!

Re: Revlimid availability
If you are from the United States then my recommendation is for a family member or friend to receive and then ship the Revlimid to wherever you choose to live. On the other hand the company that makes Revlimid (Celgene) may be able to ship the Revlimid directly to you outside of the US as long as you have a oncologist in the US who is following your myeloma. If you were out of the US for extended periods of time you would need to get an oncologist in the country of your choice to follow you with regular visits, labs etc as well and to work with your US oncologist. If you do not have insurance Revlimid is VERY VERY EXPENSIVE even if you were buying it in a another country.
I think all of this is potentially workable/doable.
Best of luck.

Re: Revlimid availability
Thank you! I do plan on keeping my U.S. insurance and coming back for oncologist visits. I'll contact Celgene and see what I can find out.
Thanks!
