Hello all:
I started my Revlimid and dexamethasone maintenance regimen this morning (5 mg Revlimid and 4 mg dexamethasone per day). I have not heard from the doctor with the results of blood tests done last Wednesday. If nothing has changed, I should have a 0.0 M-spike.
I responded very well to chemotherapy and an autologous stem cell transplant. Also, no cancerous plasma cells were found in the bone marrow biopsy performed just before the transplant. We are just trying to keep kicking it while it's down, so to speak. I am just hoping side effects to these meds are minimal.
Again, I am very happy to have discovered this forum. Best wishes to all of you!
Donnie
P.S. I got a call back from my doctor's office. My M-spike is at "n/o" (not observable). Very glad to hear that. Now we'll try to keep it a that level.
