My initial therapy was 2 times/week Velcade subQ with 20mg Dex and 25mg Revlimid daily.

My dad was on sq Velcade alone once weekly. The drug is quite expensive without insurance coverage.

You need to look into to having Millennium, makers of Velcade, supplying it free of charge, PCIP (pre existing health insurance), and or CDF (http://www.cdfund.org/)
