Relapse

I have officially relapsed. mSpike 4.4, anemic, total proteins 10 and my IgA over 3,000. Got my biopsy results this afternoon. With my genetic markers, it is a very angry myeloma. Need to start treatment this weekend. Will make more treatment decisions on Monday. Just wanted to let my Beacon buddies know.

I'm sorry to hear you are going through this. I am also in a relapse and it's no fun. I would be interested to learn about your new treatments if you would like to share that.

PCL/multiple myeloma sounds like a real bear and I'm sorry you are going through this. Please do keep everyone updated on your next steps and I hope that you can get this under control quickly.

I am so sorry to hear that your myeloma has relapsed. I cannot imagine how this feels and I want you to know I am thinking about you loads. Hoping that the chemo has gone ok over the weekend and that you have moved forward with treatment decisions today.
