Qutenza for peripheral neuropathy?

Is the Qutenza (capsaicin %8) patch of any help for the sort of peripheral neuropathy seen in multiple myeloma patients?

I know it is indicated in the US for diabetic peripheral neuropathy, but I figure it might have some off-label use.
