C Touzeau et al, "The Bcl-2 specific BH3 mimetic ABT-199: a promising targeted therapy for t(11;14) multiple myeloma," Leukemia, 2014 (link to full text at PubMed)

ABT-199 is currently being developed as a potential new myeloma therapy by the U.S. pharmaceutical company AbbVie, the former pharmaceutical division of Abbott Laboratories.

There are currently three clinical trials of ABT-199 underway in multiple myeloma patients.
