Slightly worried, I am almost 5 months post SCBMT and get CBC every 2 weeks. I have been doing very well and numbers, while they fluctuate a tad, normally trend up. My last CBC was odd.
My HGB dropped from 13.6 to 11.3 and my RBC dropped from 3.66 to 3.23.
Oddly my Platelets went from 164 to 260! and WBC from 4.2 to 5.0
Nuetrophils jumped from 2520 to 3000
HCT dropped from 39.7 to 34.4
All the past numbers are from 2 weeks prior. Just such a large HGB drop in 2 weeks with other numbers climbing a lot. Very odd.

Re: Post SCBMT CBCs
Two things:
First and foremost, a single odd CBC does not mean much. If you get a couple more then it might establish a trend and I would suggest discussing it with your oncologist.
Second, could you be getting the flu or some other virus? That might explain some of the numbers (increase in white count etc.)
