Hi Donna,
Welcome to the forum.
Just to make sure what we're talking about, is it a port that you need to have flushed while traveling, or a PICC line? Sometimes people say one but mean the other.

My husband and I discussed that with his oncologist, and he told us to give him the areas we would be traveling and he would make arrangements for us to have my husband's port flushed at hospitals nearby. Of course, we are traveling within the US; not sure how it would work if you are going out the country.

Hi Persimage.
Not sure if this will help, but if I know I am to travel anywhere, firstly, I take into account when my port will be flushed and book my holiday or travels around it. I have also had the flushing go over by a week. So effectively a 5 weeks gap. So, for me, my travel arrangements have a five-week window.
Yours Vicki.
