by aussiegirl on Fri Jun 05, 2015 12:57 pm

Hi,

I iust started Pomalyst and was wondering if those who are taking it find it better to take it in the morning or the evening.

My daughter was very fatigued when she first started Pomalyst. She was taking it in the morning with other meds. The doctor told her to start taking it 2 hours after eating dinner and that seems to help.

I have taken Pomalyst for over a year with other combinations added to it. I take it very early in the morning, which gives me the 2 hours before no food, Pomalyst about 6 a.m. and then after 8 a.m., 2 hours after taking the Pomalyst, I am done for the day. I do not have any adverse reactions to taking it early other than fatigue every once in awhile. That can also be attributed to the dexamethasone I take once a week that keeps me up most of the night.

I have been taking Pomalyst as part of a clinical trial since January 2015. I take it at night with no particular side effects.
