Thank you for being interested in introducing yourself to everyone else here in the forum. The postings in this part of the forum are a very helpful way for everyone here to get to know one another.

When you post in this part of the forum, it would be helpful if you limit your post to introducing yourself and sharing with everyone else information about who you are, your diagnosis, how you have been treated so far (if you have been), and the like.

You are welcome to be as detailed or as concise as you wish. Whatever you write as an introduction will be appreciated.

However, please do NOT use your introduction to ask questions. If you have questions, please ask them in the other parts of the forum that are relevant to the topic you want to ask about. If you have a question about treatments or side effects, for example, then please ask them in the "Treatments & Side Effects" part of the forum.. If you are worried you that you might have multiple myeloma, the "Do I have multiple myeloma?" section of the forum may be more appropriate for you (but be sure to read this post first before posting there.)

We make this request because separating introductions from questions makes it much easier for forum visitors and members to find information in the forum.

This is also why we ask that, if you start a new topic / discussion anywhere in the forum, please try to keep it focused on a single topic or question.

Of course, before you ask a question, please also use the forum search box to search the forum to make sure it hasn't been asked before. There are literally thousands of discussions here in the forum, about different treatments, side effects, lab results, and many other topics. There are posts such as this one, and links in the side bar, that can help you find previous discussions on topics that may interest you.

Thanks again, and welcome to the forum!
