Petechiae - side effect of Velcade, Revlimid, or dex?

I just finished my first round of Revlimid on day 14 of a 21 day cycle.

I've had dex 40 mg and Velcade subcutaneous once a week for the past 3 Fridays. Going in to­morrow for Velcade and dex. And will be off Revlimid for one week. Also had IV Zometa back on February 27 with the first Velcade and dex. I also take one ASA [aspirin] 325 qd [once a day].

Today I noticed petechiae on my lower legs.

I have not seen this listed as a side effect of any of these drugs. Is this common, and for which drug? Is there a lab that would be important to get to check on the cause or status of it?

Cheryl's explanation with respect to Revlimid might account for the petechiae:

I think the blood blisters you mentioned are probably related to your mother's low platelet counts as well: "low platelet counts ... can cause red or purple dots on the skin, called petechiae, and problems with easy bruising, nosebleeds, blood blisters in the mouth or internal bleeding."
