Re: PCI-32765 Ibrutinib multiple myeloma trial

As far as I know, Ibrutinib (PCK-32765) is not yet approved for commercial sale anywhere in the world. It is only available through clinical trials.

It is possible, but I think unlikely, that the companies developing it may make it available through compassionate use programs of one sort or another in addition to clinical trials. You will need to contact Pharmacyclics or its partner Johnson & Johnson, however, to see if there are any compassionate use programs which will make it possible for you to get the drug.
