Pain from lytic lesions despite remission?
How common is it to experience pain from lytic lesions even if your multiple myeloma is in remission?

Re: Pain from lytic lesions despite remission?
I had a pathologic fracture of my left humerus 4 years ago at the site of a few lesions. I experienced mild pain in that area during the time that my M-spike was 0 after an autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) whenever I did anything stressful with that arm. Most of the time I don't have pain there except when I'm carrying something heavy. When my multiple myeloma is active, like now, it is painful with stressful activities and when I have my arm in certain positions. The pain isn't severe, but it is present.
