Inspirational story line. Running multple marathons with Myeloma. I am an avid cyclist and will typically do 80 - 90 miles per weekend (50-60 miles on Saturdays and 25-30 miles on Sundays). When the time changes and I will also do couple of 20 mile rides during the week or spin classes in the winter. I believe, although I have no facts to back it up, that endurance exercise helps the body fight the disease. It least it makes me feel better and I have more energy.
