Re: No monoclonal immunoglobulin seen
Hi Joe,
I'm guessing this statement is from a lab test that contains the word "immunofixation" in its name?
Please confirm.

Re: No monoclonal immunoglobulin seen
Hi,
I don't see that word.
No monoclonal protein seen in the gamma region.
and no monoclonal immunoglobulin seen
That's all I see. Thank you.

Re: No monoclonal immunoglobulin seen
Well, regardless if this is a statement from your immunofixation or electrophoresis test results, it sounds like you have knocked back your monoclonal immunoglobulin protein level (M-spike) with your treatments over the past few months. Looking at your earlier posts, it sounds like you started with an M-spike level of 4.9 g/dL, but have had an M-spike of zero for awhile and are continuing with that zero level.
Am I missing something?

Re: No monoclonal immunoglobulin seen
Yes, my M-spike has been 0 since April, as I stated in my other post. Everything else is in range except my kappa. It's 31, should be 19. Thank you much. You know so much, I wish I could understand this myeloma half as good as you do, but I thank you for your time.
