Nice debate on PIs versus IMiDs for maintenance

This debate between Dr. Berenson and Dr. Palumbo looks at the question of whether to use a PI (e.g. Velcade) verus an IMiD (e.g. Revlimid) for maintenance. Takes about 30 min to watch both videos and provides a whirlwind summary of several maintenance studies, which I find easier to digest here than reading through many different studies.

Note that these are debates where the doctors are being asked to take a position which he/she may not necessarily follow themselves in practice (Dr. B summarizes his own maint philosophy at the end of his video segment).
