Newly diagnosed, disease just in my kidneys

Very new to this. And overwhelmed with everything I read. Diagnosed in July 2015. PET scan showed no bone lesions. It's just in my kidneys. Been in treatment for a month. My kappa light chain level was 799 and down to 230 after 3 treatments. Starting Revlimid this week. Don't like taking so many medications.
