There is a new test that now seems to be commercially available for patients taking Darzalex (daratumumab). This test overcomes the immunofixation false positives that are caused by the monoclonal antibodies found in Darzalex.

I was able to find the test now listed in the Labcorp catalog of tests (link). So, theoretically, you should be able to walk into any Labcorp facility and get the test even if your doctor's own facility isn't currently set up for the test:
