Dear all, my dad had his sct middle of March this year. He is going through VTD treatment now. His blood results make me worry - his red blood cell counts and platelets keep dropping a little by little every week.
I enclosed 2 reports here, pls let me know if there is any cause for concern. His doctors did not say much so far.
Many many thanks..!

Re: need help to see reports:dropping abnormal rbc and plate
Hello,
Both Velcade and Thalidomide can reduce blood cell counts, and I imagine that's what's going on here.
If you are concerned or have questions, definitely ask the doctor.

Update - My dad's IgG went back super high after 2 months of VCD.
I feel so disappointed and sad.
Blood results from bad to worse could be an indicator of a bigger problem and need to be further investigated. Don't wait and don't listen if the doctors keep saying all is normal cos it is not normal at all!
