I'm still awaiting test results to clarify whether I am MGUS, smoldering, or ... But I have noticed these last two weeks, mostly at night, I have been getting pretty bad muscle spasms in my calves and arches of feet. The cold makes it worse, and my calves are always so sore after the spasm, I limp around when walking for half the next day. I take a multivitamin plus a potassium pill (and other supplements).
I plan to bring this up at my next appointment this Friday, but I was wondering if this is a common symptom or could this be something totally unrelated? And if so, what can be done to relieve the pain when it happens? It is no fun waking up in the middle of the night with one, sometimes both, calves in so much pain
