Multiple myeloma support groups in western Arizona?

Hi,

My name is Larry L.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 multiple myeloma in December of 2013. I have had 10 radiation treatments, and 25 chemo and all the Revlimid that goes with it. Am now on a maintenance of 10mg Revlimid 2 weeks on and 1 week off.

There are no support groups in my area, I live near Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Do you know of anyone close to me that can be some sort of support for me and or he or she.

Hi Larry,

It looks like there isn't a support group very close to you -- at least not that we can find.

The closest options seem to be either Las Vegas or Phoenix. Here is information about those two options:

The Las Vegas Multiple Myeloma Support Group meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 1:00 – 2:30 PM at 5500 Mountain Vista Street, Las Vegas, NV 89120, in the Club House of Sterling Court. The Phoenix Multiple Myeloma Support Group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Wellness Community, 360 East Palm Lane, Phoenix, AZ.
