I'm sincerely touched by your loss. I lost my beloved Al a year and a half ago to multiple myeloma. I highly recommend grief counselling. I received therapy from hospice. I also have read through a few times and still refer to Alan D. Wolfelt's book, "Understanding Your Grief." This book has been essential to my healing process. God bless you.
