Mild tremors on Revlimid, Velcade, and dexamethasone

I am currently on the triplet of 10 mg Revlimid on the usual 3 weeks on and 1 week off sched­ule, Velcade and dex in the lab 3 weeks out of 4. Velcade is subcutaneous and the dex is intravenous.

Lately I've been having mild tremors in my hands. I also have mild peripheral neuropathy in the toes of both feet when I lie down, but the tremors are only in my hands. I say they are mild tremors, but my daughter noticed them yesterday, which made me more aware of it.

I had been on just the Velcade and dex since April 2015. I was first diagnosed in January 2015. My presenting symptom was unnoticed (by me) anemia. No other CRAB symptoms. Biggest issue for my oncologist and me were my "crazy high" (his words) lambda light chains. He gives me the information in thousands; they were 22,000. Now they are down to 5,000 and my IgA is dropping nicely.

I am more than willing to put up with the stomach upsets and the fatigue if it gets me to a complete response or close, but wanted to know if anyone else has suffered the tremors as well.

As a note, he first started me on 25 mg of Revlimid, which I could not tolerate by the end of the 2 weeks. I had every single side effect except the serious ones, like blood clots, stroke, or heart attack. I did have terrible edema and tremors and it made my asthma worse. It worked great but I needed to drop down to the 10 mg, which also seems to be working. The tremors only be­came visible to me when I added the Revlimid.

I'm curious to know about others here on the same triplet and if tremors are part of your myeloma travel as well. Thanks for any input.
