Hi maliah,
Based on the reference ranges you listed, it looks like the results you shared are for a serum TOTAL light chain test, rather than a serum FREE light chain test.
The reference ranges for your test results are the same as those listed on this page:
http://www.questdiagnostics.com/testcenter/BUOrderInfo.action?tc=37863&labCode=TMP
which is for a serum TOTAL light chain test.
It's the free light chain results that really matter when it comes to determining whether or not you have MGUS, smoldering, or active (symptomatic) multiple myeloma. So you can't really draw too many conclusions from the test results you shared, or at least I don't think so at this point without having thought through it very much.
The total light chain test measures how many light chains are found in your blood that are both
1. Floating around "free," or unbound, and
2. Bound up with heavy chains in complete immunoglobulins (which are made of both heavy and light chains).
The free light chain test measures just the light chains that are floating around free in your blood, unbound to any heavy chains.
Good luck!
