Link between MGUS / multiple myeloma & angiomyolipomas?

by Marian-71 on Sun Jan 07, 2018 8:47 am

Hello everybody.

I found out accidentally last summer that I have an M-spike in my blood. It has been a long process to get all the results and testes done, but now I know that I have MGUS.

I had a CT scan and then another one with iodine because they found a tumor, probably angiomyolipomas in my left kidney. There are actually two tumors, but the other one is small. The bigger one is 4.8 cm (1.9 inches). Now I`m going to see an urologist next month.

Is there any relationship between angiomyolipomas MGUS or multiple myeloma?

It would be nice to know beforehand, so I know what to ask the doctor.
