MGUS and bone lesions

by RBDWH on Wed Apr 27, 2016 8:38 pm

I have biclonal gammopathy, IgA lambda and IgG kappa. Plus, I have two lucent lesions on my skull. Per bone marrow biopsy, 5% plasma cell neoplasm. No anemia. Calcium and renal function normal.

However, like many, I have been experiencing a lot of strange and debilitating symptoms. I was told I do not have P.O.E.M.S.

My question relates to the two lucent lesions. How many bone lesions move you beyond MGUS?

Have they diagnosed you as having solitary plasmacytoma (despite there being two of them) in addition to MGUS?
