The local public health clinic hasn't a clue how to have medicare cover immunizations. We need pneumococal (PCV), hepatitus (HepB), Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib), polio (IPV), diptheria - tetanus (DTap). They accessed an online application (transactRX) but it was denied.
I know that medicare covers at least some of this, but how to get it approved or "assigned"?
We also have AARP Supplemental, but they are no help. Who do we call?
