Hi. I did speak to the doctor and he did confirm it's kappa. The elevation in IgG is polyclonal according to the hematologist. This is the urine result

Albumin 16.10
Alpha-1 Globulin 9.20
Alpha-2 Globulin 18.00
Beta Globulin 24.10
Gamma Globulin 32.60
A/G Ratio 0.19
M-Spike % 0.00
M-Spike Mg/L 0.00
M-Spike MG/24Hrs 0.00

Urine Total Protein 65.00
Protein Total, 24hr Urine 159.25 30.00-150.00
Total Volume, Ml 2.45
Coll Duration, Hrs Not given
Result status: Final result

As far as my earlier question about the beta-2 microglobulin, I found out that the number is skewed because I take interferon for the polycythemia vera. So that makes those findings moot. Can anyone help me make any sense of the urine?

INTERFERON/BETA 2 - We have measured serum B2M levels during IFN alpha treatment in patients with both multiple myeloma and chronic myeloproliferative diseases, and IFN alpha caused a significant increase in serum B2M. It can be concluded that use of IFN alpha abolishes the value of serum B2M as an indicator of disease activity.
